Pool

The Community Pool is located at Sturbridge Green, our private community park featuring a playground, tennis courts, and our community garden.

The pool features a diving board and has lifeguards on duty.

With the new all inclusive dues all property owners who are completely paid in full for past and current annual dues are eligible to use the pool during the summer season - usually Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Here are a few guidelines in how the POA Board defines who has access to the pool:

 - All family members in the household in the neighborhood are allowed to use the pool.
 - Home owners are allowed to bring up to 5 extended immediate family members (i.e. grandchildren, etc.)

 - Non Residents who have paid the pool membership may bring all household family members to the pool.
 - Any additional people will pay a $5 guest fee per day.
